Here are some tips to keep your body healthy and strong!!

  1. Stay hydrated!!
    • Water gives you energy, cures headaches or potential headaches, and it allows you to exercise better.
  2. Eat lots of protein!!
    • Protein improves muscle mass, bone structure, and your mood.
  3. Eat Breakfast everyday!!
    • Breakfast gives you an energy boost and it starts your protein intake.
