Want to have a great try-out….? Check out 5 tips below:
- Eat a BIG breakfast: Make sure you eat a big breakfast that includes lots of protein. The more energized you are for your try-out, the better it will be!!
- Confidence: How do you gain confidence? Practice, practice, practice!! Practice your skills in front of the mirror, friends, or family. The more you practice the more CONFIDENT you will feel during the big day.
- Be early: Make sure you show up early to tryouts (15-20 minutes) do your own quick warm-up and go over the material so you are prepared.
- Warm-up: Make sure you do a warm-up before your try-out. Do a little warm-up followed by stretching to get your muscles ready!!
- SMILE: Be sure to have fun at your tryout!! Enjoy every second and SMILE!!
