Drills and Skills for your toe touch!

Toe Touch –

  1.  Warm up your muscles with a quick stretch!!
  2. Straddle leg lifts: 10 on each side; 3 sets
  3. Kick Circle: 5 kicks with right leg (side), 5 kicks with right leg (front), 5 kicks with left leg (front), 5 kicks with left leg (side).  Breath for 10 seconds and repeat.
  4. Do your toe touch.  Do 5 toe touches
  5. Get a drink and repeat steps 2-5!!
