Toe Touch –
- Warm up your muscles with a quick stretch!!
- Straddle leg lifts: 10 on each side; 3 sets
- Kick Circle: 5 kicks with right leg (side), 5 kicks with right leg (front), 5 kicks with left leg (front), 5 kicks with left leg (side). Breath for 10 seconds and repeat.
- Do your toe touch. Do 5 toe touches
- Get a drink and repeat steps 2-5!!
