Handstands!!

Handstands are one of the most important skills in tumbling!!

A good handstand includes the following:

  • Starting in a long lunge with arms “glued” to your ears
  • Lift leg into your T body position
  • Kick up into your handstand (hollow body, head in, pointed toes, tight body)
  • Step back down into your T body position
  • And finish in your lunge (just as you started)
