Handstands are one of the most important skills in tumbling!!
A good handstand includes the following:
- Starting in a long lunge with arms “glued” to your ears
- Lift leg into your T body position
- Kick up into your handstand (hollow body, head in, pointed toes, tight body)
- Step back down into your T body position
- And finish in your lunge (just as you started)
