Stretching Tips and Tricks for Flyers!!
- Make sure you do a general stretch with your team to get your muscles warmed up.
- Splits: Hold each split for 20 seconds and then shake out your legs.
- Over splits: Put your ankles up onto a mat and hold each split for 20 seconds.
- Bridge: Hold your bridge for 15 seconds. One normal, one with straight legs and feet together, and one pushing your chest passed your wrists.
- Body Positions: Hold each body position for 10 seconds. Repeat this 3 times.
